- Provide NextGEN Security Suite to manage and detect viruses, malware, and intrusion with Ransomware protection.
- Monitor and manage Windows Updates rated as critical, important and security related.
- Monitor and manage hard drive space, CPU usage, uptime, connectivity and more.
- Monitor covered computers and devices for connectivity, up/down status, performance, optimization and overall workstation needs.
- Includes priority response time and support above non ProGAN Remote customers with unlimited remote connectivity and phone support during business hours.
